The company primarily concentrates on the medium to high range market profile which means that their products are normally not deployed for residential or personal usage. The choice to focus on this particular market range allowed the company to tailor fit its product lines which are supported by an effective, professional, flexible, and reliable customer service.

The company’s involvement in the computer market began in 1997 when it was established specifically for the production and distribution of notebook computer systems. During that time, this sector of the IT industry was reserved for a particular community niche and was only beginning to find its way into mainstream computing.

Enface is credited with the introduction of the first thin notebook computer systems with specific processors in Italy. It was also responsible for bringing to the Italian computer market notebook computer systems that featured interchangeable expansion modules which it delivered to the consumer market also at the same period. It is the first Italian based computer company to introduce to the local market a Pentium II processor based portable computer platform.

Two years after its founding, the company has successfully ventured into new areas of development. The first batch of ultra light notebooks and notebook systems with wide displays made their debut in the local market. By the year 2002 the company made another pioneering move by releasing to the Italian IT market its first all-in-one Personal Computer system.

This product featured a comprehensive set of peripherals which were completely incorporated into the chassis design of the computer display. This proved to be one of the most compact and innovative computer systems to hit the market. Due to the significant success that this product attained, it made Enface one of the more renowned and looked up to enterprises in its industry.

In a continued innovation move, the ultra light notebook computer system of Enface was repackaged to include GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) and subsequently reintroduced to the computer user market. The Enface Z500 notebook system hit the market in 2003 and was touted as the lightest notebook with a 15-inch display in its class. This product also earned the distinction of being the only Italian notebook brand to be included in the Centrino processor presentation made by Intel.

Also in the same year the company began to take advantage of the 800MHz FSB (Front Side Bus) and Hyper-Threading (for Intel processors) technology by introducing notebooks systems that supported this new development. The Enface LCD products for desktop computers also made their way into the consumer market in that year. Enface notebook systems began supporting the 6:10 screen display ration.

Some of the newer product introductions made by the company includes the Octave W810A which incorporates a huge 17-inch LCD based screen that features the Ultrabrite technology. The Filo M11 is its first Pentium M system with low voltage functionality and is reportedly the lightest notebook system in this category.

Continuing with its tradition of the all-in-one PC, Enface released the Envision LCD PC which uses a 17-inch widescreen display monitor.
