This product is specifically designed to accommodate automatic switching of power sources from the primary Alternating Current (AC) source to an alternative auxiliary AC source. This is process is seamlessly achieved by the device immediately upon its detection of the primary power source’s unavailability.
From its inception until January 1, 2008, Digital Networks functioned as a subsidiary of Cabletron Systems. Cabletron is a company that is publicly traded in the New York Stock Exchange under the CE symbol.
Subsequently, the company was taken over after a merger with the New Hampshire based telecommunications company Vnetek Communications Inc. With the completion of the various business mergers and partnerships, the company officially functioned under the name Digital Network’s Manufacturers.
