These founders decided to put up the company after their graduation in May 2003. Initially established in December 2003, its formal incorporation as a limited corporation was in January of 2004.

These concepts were widely accepted, especially among office workers. However, the company experienced problems in their delivery methods. To address the problem, DigiCorp. is currently working on improving and perfecting this area.
Two of DigiCorp.’s popular Facebook applications are Rivals 4 Ever and SignInStyle.
Rivals 4 Ever is a unique community based on rivalries. It allows users to create their own rivalries. These community rivalries can be anything from one school versus another school, or pizza places versus burger joints. Rivals 4 Ever has won accolades in the marketplace when it landed in the 30 Top Start-up Competitions in the Le Web 3 Conference in Paris. This application bested 120 other applicants in the contest, coming from over 30 countries.
The other popular Facebook application of DigiCorp is the SignInStyle. This application allows users to create their own signatures in Facebook coupled with graphics.
DigiCorp is also a software development company that provides system integration and web concepts for various services. Their systems are used in clinics and hospitals. They may also be used as an application to mobile phones and other hand-held gadgets, and in managing content, web-based solutions, and other innovations.
Currently, the company continues on improving and innovating. It is targeting the Rs 3 core inventory. In addition, DigiCorp.’s team is presently active in conceptualizing other Facebook applications like ‘Preggers’, ‘RooShare’, and Orkut.
