Branches were established by the company in the United States and Korea, in 1986 and 1988, respectively. Other BTC markets were also established as the company’s operations progressed. BTC’s factories located in Taiwan and France are ISO certified companies. The company has a sale revenue ranging from NT$ 8 Billion to NT$ 9.9 Billion.
In 1993, a Global administration team was established by the company which led to the company’s recognition as the 3rd ranked internationalization company by the Business Weekly Taiwan. Within the organization, the company adheres to three administrative ethics, namely, profit sharing, incessant hi-tech innovation and high production quality.
The company’s reputation as a manufacturer of computer peripherals and opto-electronics multimedia were further strengthened when BTC was honored and certified by the company IECQ from the period of December 28, 2007 until December 27, 2010. The company likewise received an ISO management system certificate on June 5, 2005, March 29, 2008 and April 4, 2008.
In 1992, the entered the multimedia industry by releasing its graphics accelerator cards and scanners. After introducing its sound cards, the company further expanded its multimedia product line.
One of the company’s highlights is when the company introduced in 2004 the first USB mini webcam in the world.
Behavior Tech Computer Corp’s product line is composed of Mobile Storage Drives, Internet Radio, High-Definition Media Center, Zigbee Wireless Home Automation, Digital Storage Drive, PC Video Speaker Phone, Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) Mouse, Keyboard, Web-Cam, Bd Loader and Web-Cam.
As testament to BTC’s excellence in its industry, the company has received numerous awards from Taiwan’s Ministry of Economics for its unique and innovative products. In 2000, the company became the fifth largest CD-ROM manufacturer in the world with a production of over a million sets in 2000 alone.
From 1995 onwards, BTC complied with ecological regulations thereby placing in the manual the information and logo from the WEEE and the FCC label in the products.
